Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following state and local requirements:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
-
Valid Indiana School Psychologist License issued by the Indiana Department of Education
-
Completion of a supervised internship in a school setting
-
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, per district requirements
-
Familiarity with IDEA, Section 504, and state special education regulations
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
-
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility for special education services
-
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
-
Provide individual and group counseling to address students emotional and behavioral needs
-
Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
-
Promote positive behavioral interventions and mental health awareness in schools
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and federal standards
